Return Eligibility
  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Custom or personalized products
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Visit our Return Portal to start your return or exchange.
  2. You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method, minus the cost of the return shipping label.
Exchanges
  • Start your exchange through our Return Portal.
  • Once your return is received, your replacement will be shipped.
Shipping Fees
  • Original Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
All TIPS Travel Gear bags come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:
  • Zipper malfunctions
  • Tears or rips under normal use
  • Stitching issues
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
How to File a Warranty Claim
  • If you purchased directly from our website: Please submit your claim through our Return Portal.
  • If you purchased from an authorized reseller: Please email support@blueteesgolf.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
